Michael DuBour has been consistently working in property management and brokerage since 1993.
He started his career in Phoenix, Arizona as a rental agent for apartments, condominiums and winter
homes. He moved to Boston in 1995 and expanded his career into property management and has been
involved in residential, commercial and project management ever since. His career includes Regional
Management and he has worked on multiple, mixed use portfolios in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New
Hampshire, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio and Michigan.
In 2003, Michael moved to Provincetown, Massachusetts on Cape Cod where he developed a successful
condominium management firm. He transitioned into real estate sales and became a top ranked broker
in the Outer Cape market. He was recruited by a leading Manhattan residential brokerage firm in 2009
and quickly learned how to navigate the complex New York sales process. Within six months he achieved
the title of Vice President due to sales volume.
Michael moved to the Hartford area in 2012 to be closer to family. He joins RM Bradley to continue
his property management and brokerage career by managing a Class- A residential condominium
portfolio. His combined experience in management and brokerage uniquely enable him to communicate
effectively with owners and board members. He is able to look at all issues from various perspectives
with property value, savings and service in mind.
Throughout his career, he has been involved with social issues. He served on the Board of Directors
for Dignity/Boston and The ASGCC on Cape Cod. He has also volunteered his time with the Fenway
Community Health Center’s GLBT Crisis Call Center, The Friday Night Supper Program at the Arlington
Street Church and while in Manhattan, he volunteered his time with Love Our Children USA/Stomp Out
Michael will bring a dimension of professionalism and caring to your property and owner relations. He is
a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, New York and soon to be in Connecticut.
